Procardia

Procardia is intended to treat high blood pressure. Associated to increased cholesterol levels in sperm and reduced male fertility, Procardia labeling was updated to also warn of reports of exfoliative dermatitis caused by nifedipine. Reports of exfoliative or bullous skin adverse events including erythema, multiforme, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, and toxic epidermal necrolysis have also been associated to Procardia.
