Prozac

Prozac is an antidepressant medication that entered the market in 1988. Part of the drug category SSRIs, Prozac has been linked to serious withdrawal symptoms that has caused large controversy and legal battles. The FDA has received reports of 28,600 adverse reactions and 1,700 deaths by 1992 relating to SSRIs, like Prozac. Prozac has been linked to suicidal thoughts and other violent behavior.

Every year, millions of people use Prozac antidepressant. Prozac manufacturer, Eli Lilly has been accused of knowing about the possible suicidal or homicidal risks that can occur for a long time that has led hundred of patients to file lawsuits against the company. Other common Prozac side effects include anxiety, insomnia, nausea, seizure, dizziness, tremors, as well as other adverse effects.
